Our history

Green Envy Landscape was founded in 1989 by Ricardo Gonzales and his two sons. Our vision was to provide landscape installation and maintenance services to Salinas homeowners. In the early days, we estimated projects on a kitchen table in Salinas and stored our equipment in our garage in East Salinas. From the very beginning, Green Envy was focused on delivering quality landscaping and exceptional service. Our goal was to build a reputation based on high quality workmanship, value, and completing the job on time. As we grew, we recognized the importance and value to not only providing landscape services to our existing clients, but educating them as well. We discovered that quality landscape installation and maintenance went hand in hand with our high level of integrity and our commitment to excellence.

In 2006, We expanded and opened two new offices, one in San Diego, CA and the other in Fresno, CA.
